Quality management system
A quality management standard describes which requirements the management system of an organisation must meet in order to comply with a certain standard in the implementation of quality management.
It can be used both informatively for implementation within an organisation and as proof of certain standards to third parties. Proof is provided through a certification process with the subsequent issue of a temporary certificate by independent certification bodies. The customer is thus assured of consistent and reliable processes.
